The short answer

The RUBIQ marketing website uses no non-essential cookies and no marketing or analytics device storage. We do not track you across sites, and we do not run advertising pixels. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device for those purposes, the rule that triggers a cookie consent banner is not engaged, so we do not show one.

What that means

A "cookie" here means any cookie, local storage, or similar technology that saves or reads data on your device. We use none of them for tracking, advertising, personalisation, or measurement. You do not have to accept or reject anything to use this site.

Operational data we do use

Two things still happen, and neither stores anything on your device for tracking:

  • Server logs. Our host records standard request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to keep the site running and secure. This is covered in our privacy policy.
  • Loading the page. Your browser caches fonts, images, and styles so pages load quickly. This is ordinary web caching, not tracking, and you control it through your browser.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible Analytics for cookieless traffic measurement. Plausible sets nothing on your device, does not identify you individually, and processes data on EU-based infrastructure. No consent banner is required, and no personal data is passed to advertising networks. If our analytics approach changes, we will update this notice and the privacy policy before the change takes effect.

Third-party content

Adding a third-party feature that touches your device, an embedded video, a live-chat widget, a map, an A/B test, an advertising pixel, or a bot-protection challenge that uses storage, can introduce cookies or device storage. If we ever add one, we will assess it first and, where it would set non-essential storage, put a proper consent mechanism in place before it ships. We treat "add a third-party embed" as a decision that re-opens this notice.

The Book a demo button links to a Microsoft Bookings page hosted on outlook.office.com. That is a separate Microsoft domain, so any cookies set there are governed by Microsoft's privacy policy, not ours. No cookies from the Bookings page land on the RUBIQ marketing site.
