What is a governed data foundation?
A governed data foundation is your data, refined from every source into one curated, audit-defensible record that everything else runs on. RUBIQ builds it first, ingesting from each system you already run and refining in place, so operations and compliance work from the same trusted version of the truth.
What is medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)?
Medallion architecture is a three-layer refinement of your data: Bronze, Silver, then Gold. Bronze is the raw landing, immutable with full lineage. Silver is conformed, deduplicated data with quality rules and business keys. Gold is the curated, board-ready layer with semantic models that teams and reporting read from.
What is OneLake?
OneLake is RUBIQ's governed data repository, the single store where the curated record settles after refinement, kept with full lineage and secured. From the OneLake store, the same Gold record reads two ways: an operational lens and a governance and audit lens.
What is ARI?
ARI is RUBIQ's reporting AI, living inside KAIRO, that reads the curated Gold layer directly. It writes board-ready reporting grounded in governed data, defensible line by line, and rewrites the board pack from the Gold layer as the underlying numbers change. Outputs include board packs, exec dashboards, audit evidence and KPI trends.
How does RUBIQ read one record two ways for operations and compliance?
RUBIQ reads the one Gold record through two governed lenses on the same data. The Governed Direct lens gives an operational view (ledgers, pipeline, KPIs) to run the business. The GRC and Audit State lens overlays governance on the same records to prove control, so the two teams never argue over whose numbers are right.
