The operations engine

Run the business at speed, and keep every move on the record.

CORA is RUBIQ's CRM and ERP, with governance built into every step of the commercial lifecycle. The deal you close is already on the record.

  • RunThe whole commercial lifecycle in one engine: pipeline, quotes, projects, service.
  • GovernPolicy, obligations and gates live in the workflow, not a separate tool.
  • ProveThe audit trail is written as you work, not rebuilt at quarter-end.

You run the deal in one place, and prove it in another.

The before

Most businesses run the work in a CRM or ERP and prove compliance somewhere else: a GRC tool, a spreadsheet, an auditor's inbox. The Golden Thread snaps at every handoff between them.

  1. Operations

    A won deal, re-keyed and re-broken.

The deal is re-entered into a separate delivery tool, then finance, then support. Context is lost at every handoff between systems that never quite talk, and your team types the same thing four times.

  2. Sales & the CFO

    Off-policy by accident.

A quote goes out past the discount rules. A contract carries obligations and a renewal date no one is tracking. The controls live in a tool nobody's actually working in, so the business drifts off-policy without meaning to.

  3. Compliance

    Audit by archaeology.

At quarter-end the evidence gets reconstructed by screenshot and email, because the proof was never captured where the work happened. The answer exists; assembling it costs a fortnight every time.

The governed pipeline 5 stages

Governance isn't a gate after the sale.
It's built into the workflow.

So CORA puts the control where the work happens: the policy check in the quote, the obligation tracker in the contract, the compliance gate in the plan. Here is one real deal moving through it, lead to signed renewal.

  1. Lead & pipeline Verified on entry

The relationship in one place, already verified.

The customer arrived already verified through KNECT, so you open the deal knowing exactly who you're dealing with. Every call, quote and touch is logged against one shared record, instead of scattered across inboxes and a separate delivery tool.

In view: the live pipeline and lead sources, each deal's stage and value on one board.

  2. Quote & contract Discount on-policy

    Close it fast, and on-policy.

Quoting is quick, but the discount rules are enforced inside the quote, not reviewed after the fact. Contract obligations and renewal dates are captured as tracked items the moment you agree them, not buried in a signed PDF no one reopens.

  3. Deliver Compliance gate in the plan

Delivery where compliance is in the plan.

Implementations, ISO programmes and rollouts run as projects, and the compliance gates live inside the plan as stage-gates the work has to clear. An assist drafts the schedule, owners and milestones from a plain-language brief; a person owns it and approves every step.

  4. Serve On the record, SLA tracked

Support that stays on the record.

Every ticket, resolution and SLA is captured as it happens, and Voice-of-Customer surveys feed the themes back to the team that can act on them. The support record builds itself as you run the account, so it's already there when finance or an auditor asks.

  5. Renew & account Obligations already met

    Renewal that's never a surprise.

Renewals fire from the contract dates you tracked back at quote stage, with invoicing and account history in the same engine. The obligations were met along the way and the evidence is already on file, so the next conversation is about growth, not catching up.

One deal, one record, five governed steps: verified by KNECT on the way in, governed by KAIRO on the way out.

The wider engine

Beyond the deal,
the whole operation.

CORA runs the wider operation on the same governed thread: procurement, project management, the service desk and Voice of Customer all run on the pipeline's spine, so the business doesn't fracture back into separate tools the moment you step off the sales path.

AI in the work

And the AI does the legwork.
The call stays yours.

None of this is a separate AI console bolted on the side; the assist lives inside the tool you're already working in. Four places it shows up:

  • In a quote

Drafts the quote inside your discount policy and flags anything that needs sign-off, so speed never costs you the rules.

    You approve the discount
  • In a project

Turns a plain-language brief into a draft plan: owners, milestones and the compliance gates already placed.

    You sign off the plan
  • In the service desk

Triages, summarises and routes incoming tickets, so the queue arrives sorted instead of landing as a pile.

    You set the routing
  • In Voice of Customer

Reads survey free-text into themes and sentiment, so feedback is something to act on, not a spreadsheet to wade through.

    You decide the action

Questions, answered

The short version.

Is CORA a CRM or an ERP?

Both. CORA runs the commercial lifecycle, pipeline, quoting, contracts, projects and service, and the operational backbone around it, procurement, channel and the rest, on one governed thread. The deal and the controls live in the same engine, instead of a CRM for selling and a separate ERP for everything after.

How is CORA different from Salesforce or a standard ERP?

The difference is where compliance lives. Salesforce and a standard ERP run the business and treat governance as a separate job, handled later in a GRC tool, a spreadsheet or a quarter-end scramble. CORA keeps the policy check, the obligation tracker and the compliance gate inside the workflow, so the audit trail is built as you operate instead of assembled after the fact.

How does CORA relate to KAIRO and KNECT?

They share one Golden Thread. KNECT verifies the customer or supplier before they enter; CORA operates with that verified entity (the deal, the delivery, the service); KAIRO governs the risk, policy and compliance on the signals CORA generates. The AI workforce and board reporting live in KAIRO, not CORA.

Does operational data reach our board reports?

CORA runs its own operational reporting, pipeline, delivery and service KPIs, and pushes that data to ARI, RUBIQ's reporting engine, for management, executive and board reporting. CORA stays operational; the strategic board view is ARI's job.

Is CORA POPIA and GDPR compliant?

CORA runs on RUBIQ's platform security, which is ISO 27001:2022 Certification Ready and POPIA and GDPR aligned. Because CORA handles finance and CRM data, that posture matters; the detail of how data is secured and governed lives on our Trust page.
